Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

We provide instant delivery, and due to the fast-paced nature of our service, we follow a strict return, refund, and exchange policy. Please read carefully:

1. Return & Refund Policy (For Damaged or Wrong Products Only)

Return or refund is applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product delivered is wrong or not as ordered.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 1 hour of delivery.
  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue is required for validation.
  • Once approved, the returned product will be collected by the delivery boy from the customer's address.
  • No cash or bank refunds will be issued.
  • The refund amount will be deposited into your BHATRI Commission Balance .
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
  • If applicable, the correct or replacement product will be sent with your next order.

Note: No returns or refunds are accepted after 1 hour of delivery.

2. Exchange Policy (For Size or Color Issues Only)

  • Exchange is allowed only if you received the wrong size or color.
  • You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition and packaging
  • Only the same product can be exchanged (no model/style changes).
  • Exchange is subject to availability of size/color.

Important Notes:

  • No return, refund, or exchange for change of mind.
  • All claims must include valid photo/video proof.
  • Refunds are only processed to the Commission Wallet. No bank or cash refunds.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7 working days.
  • This policy applies to online orders only.
