While we make every effort to ensure that deliveries are made within the specified timeframe, the 30-minute delivery commitment depends on the availability of our delivery personnel. In case there are unforeseen delays due to the lack of available delivery boys, we will inform you of the updated delivery time as soon as possible.

3. Geographic Restrictions

Our 30-minute delivery commitment applies to locations within our delivery coverage area. Deliveries to areas outside of our service zone may experience longer delivery times. We will notify customers in such cases before confirming the order.

4. Delivery Charges

Depending on your order size and location, additional delivery charges may apply. Any extra charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. Delivery Delays

In the rare event that your order is delayed beyond the expected 30 minutes, we will notify you immediately via app notification, SMS, or call. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, system errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Order Modification or Cancellation

Once the order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible, especially after the order has been handed over to the delivery personnel. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

7. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the order within the expected delivery window. If the delivery cannot be completed due to unavailability at the delivery address, the order may be returned, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Liability

While we make every effort to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, we cannot be held liable for delays or failure to deliver within the stated timeframe due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events, system failures, and delivery personnel unavailability.
